Exchange policy
Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. Together with the original packaging, in original condition, unworn.
Products marked as hygienic products will be exchanged if the original packaging is intact and the hygiene seal is intact.

How do I exchange products?
Scan the QR code sent in the delivery package with your cell phone. The QR code is a link to the operator website. Follow the instructions there.
Is the exchange free?
In the event of an exchange, delivery costs will be charged again.
When will I receive my exchange?
After receiving the return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt to your email account. After we check the goods for integrity, we will send you the exchange to the address from your original order. As a rule, dispatch takes place within 1 working day after receipt of the delivery costs incurred by the exchange. If an exchange is not possible (product not available), the exchange will be treated as a return.
When will I know if my exchange has been shipped to me?
After delivery by us, you will receive an email from your user account with detailed delivery information.
Trying on products
Try-ons are possible, with the exception of products marked as hygienic products.

Typically underwear and socks.

When will I receive my refund?
After receiving the return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt to your email account. After we check the goods for integrity, you will be refunded the price of the returned products. The refund will be made using the payment method you used when ordering and only if the goods are undamaged and if hygienic products are packaged unsealed. The refund will be made within 3 working days from the date of receipt.
Are returns free?
The purchaser/customer bears the costs of the return. Delivery costs paid when ordering will not be refunded upon return.
Can I return my order to a barcode store?
Returns to a Barcode store or to an authorized Barcode dealer are not possible because they are different legal entities and there is no return or exchange agreement.
Reduced & Sales Items
Goods that are reduced by 50% or more cannot be exchanged or returned.
