We limit ourselves to storing the strictly necessary data that is necessary to advise and fulfill orders. The operator of the website, Stoftex Lda, is responsible for storage and processing.

Necessary personal data is first name, last name, company name, postal address, email address, telephone number, language, nationality.  Necessary data in connection with an order is gender, size preferences, shopping cart management. Necessary data for operating the shop is navigation data, IP address, password, geographical area in which the connection to this shop was established, date and time of use, page navigation, recurring visits.

We assume that we are entitled to an email reply if we receive an email from you, you have registered for our newsletter, you have registered in our customer form or chat, you are on a waiting list have registered a product or in one of the other forms provided on the website.

Storage and storage of data necessary for the fulfillment of orders, order tracking, invoicing, the management of customer and interest relationships, customer loyalty, relationship maintenance will be deleted at the customer's request and at the latest after the end of the customer's relationship with the website operator and archived. The data is stored in the archive with restricted access in order to comply with the operator's legal regulatory obligations before the data is permanently deleted.
