Is delivery free?
Delivery costs apply to an order. The delivery costs depend on the recipient country and are calculated in the shopping cart when ordering.
We will cover part of the delivery costs for you in advance, so that the calculation in the shopping cart is lower than the prices charged to us by the delivery service.

How long does delivery take?
From the moment of delivery, delivery takes between 1-3 working days. Within Europe, the delivery service will ideally ring your doorbell the next day.  For deliveries outside the EU, there may be processing times in the recipient country, for example due to customs clearance.

Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an email to your user account when the order has been shipped. The email contains tracking information.

Which countries do we deliver to?
Delivery is international. You can find the list of available locations via the country menu in the checkout process of your shopping cart.

Which delivery service is available?
Each available location uses its delivery service contracted with us. These include NACEX, DHL, Fedex. The delivery service for your location will be displayed to you in the payment process after you specify your location

Do I have to pay for customs?
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties of the recipient country may apply. These are borne by the customers.

I haven't received my delivery. What do I have to do?
First contact the delivery service. You can find the delivery service in the shipping confirmation that we sent to your user account email.
Then contact our customer service. Please note that complaints regarding delivery must be made within 14 days from the delivery date specified by the delivery service.
