Can I be informed when a product is available again?
If a product is not available, you can join the waiting list. You will be informed by email from your user account as soon as the product is back in stock.

Who can order?
Every order on this website is placed through a user account. Orders with a guest account are not possible.

What happens after my order?
After placing your order and agreeing to the terms and conditions, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address of your user account. The order confirmation confirms receipt of your order in the summary and does not yet constitute a sale.

We will then process the order.  We check the availability and quality of the ordered goods. We will then send you the order confirmation by email to your user account. This counts as acceptance of the contract.

Your order will then be packed and shipped. There is usually no more than 72 hours on working days between receipt of the order confirmation and dispatch. A tracking number will be included for tracking. Only the items listed in the order confirmation will be charged.

From the moment of delivery, delivery takes between 1-3 working days. Within Europe, the delivery service will ideally ring your doorbell the next day.  For deliveries outside the EU, there may be processing times in the recipient country, for example due to customs clearance.
